Pastor David R. Shaheen, Master of Divinity, Lutheran
Theological Seminary, B.A. in Education, American University.
Pastor Shaheen has served congregations for over 40 years,
and has been the Pastor of Christ Lutheran Community Church
for the past 15 years. He serves on the Board
of Directors for the Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County
and The Geranium Farm. He is also a member of
the Upper Darby Neighborhood Revitalization Partnership, the
Upper Darby Refugee Resettlement Task Force, the Rotary Club
and the Optimist Club. He co-chairs with the YMCA the
annual Upper Darby Martin Luther King Day Celebration. |

Penny Bouma, CRNP, B.S., MSN, is a graduate of Columbia
University School of Nursing and the University of Pennsylvania
School of Nursing with an Adult Nurse Practitioner certification.
Her nursing responsibilities have been in the areas of public
health, homelessness, drug and alcohol, mental health and
AIDS, as well as hospital and nursing administration.
She completed Clinical Pastoral Education, which included
work with a hospice and a retirement village. Community
Nursing gives her the opportunity to provide holistic healthcare.

Cynthia Moultrie, is also a Financial Associate with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a Fortune 500, non-profit financial services organization. She has more than 30 years experience in providing financial strategies for individuals, non-profit and for-profit organizations. She has served in the past as the Executive Director of Homemaker Service of the Metropolitan Area; Chief Operating/Chief Financial Officer for the African American Museum in Philadelphia; Director of the Graduate Programs in Economic Development at Eastern University; and Regional Director of Lutheran Children and Family Service.
Ms. Moultrie is a founding board member of The Lloyal Group, Inc., a tax and accounting services company, and currently teaches classes as an adjunct professor in Economic Development for Eastern University and in Business Plan development for Temple University’s Small Business Development Center.
Ms. Moultrie is registered with the National Association of Security Dealers, (Series 7 and Series 63). She holds a BA in English Literature from Lincoln University and an MA in Administration from Antioch University. She is a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Upper Darby.

| BLAST After School Program Director |

Natalie Trusty, Master of Healthcare Administration, Seton Hall University, B.S. in Criminal Justice, Shippensburg University. Natalie is the Director of the After School BLAST Program and has been with the program for 3 years. She works to create partnerships with local schools as well as local organizations and businesses in an effort to find continued support for the program. Her responsibilities include coordinating
academic enrichment, family events, field trips and fun activities for the students in the program. |

Antoine (Tony) Smith has been a youth leader at
Bible Union Fellowship Church in Philadelphia since 1990,
and is in his third year as the Boys Group (Brothers) Leader
for the After-School Program. He is also a professional photographer.
In youth ministry for over 13 years, his goal is to help young
people discover the rich qualities God has placed inside them
for personal development. |

Jonathan Peri, Esq, Vice President and General Counsel of Neumann College.
Mr. Jonathan Peri Esq. has served with Neumann College since July, 2006.
Prior to his appointment at Neumann, he held several positions with the
Delaware County District Attorney's Office in Media, Pennsylvania, including the position
of Special Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutions Unit where he conducted confidential
grand jury proceedings. He was also a spokesperson for that office.
Mr. Peri has previously held Associate positions at Saul Ewing
LLP, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and in small and midsized
law firms in New York and Manhattan. He is also an Associate
Real Estate Broker. Mr. Peri received a Management and Leadership
in Education Certification from Harvard University, Cambridge,
Massachusetts, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova
University, Villanova, Pennsylvania, and his Juris Doctor
from Widener University, Wilmington, Delaware.
Mr. Peri currently serves as the Board Secretary of Drexel
Neumann Academy, a private grammar school; President of the
Upper Darby Community Outreach Corporation; Board Secretary
of the Delaware County Drug & Alcohol Executive Commission;
Chairman of the Delaware County Bar Association Community
Outreach Program; and is a member of the Alumni Board of Directors
for Widener University School of Law. He is currently a member
of the American Bar Association; Pennsylvania Bar Association;
National Association of College and University Attorneys;
National Association of Presidential Assistants in Higher
Education; and the District of Columbia Bar. |

Marian Baldini, COO of JEVS Human Services.
Marian has a MBA with a concentration in health and medical
administration from Widener University. She also has a Masters
Degree from Drexel University in action research and a BA
in Psychology with Departmental Honors from Temple University.
She has over 30 year of experience in human services administration
and is currently employed as the Chief Operating Officer at
JEVS Human Services and as an adjunct faculty member at the
Widener University School of Business. She also serves on
the Board of the Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation
and is a volunteer with the youth ministry at Reformation
Lutheran Church in Media PA |

Beth Ann Garafola, B.A. degree in Education from
Holy Family College and a M.Ed. from West Chester University.
She was a teacher in the Upper Darby School District for 6
years and is currently teaching as a part-time faculty member
at Burlington County College.
Beth Ann spent many years working with children in youth
programs and summer camps prior to joining the programs of
Christ Lutheran Community Outreach Corporation. |

George S. Hewitt, has been an ordained Methodist Minister since his graduation from Drew Theological Seminary in 1947. Ten years later he earned his Doctorate in Sacred Theology
from Temple University.
In addition to his service to congregations, boards, committees and agencies of the United
Methodist Church, he currently serves as the Director of Pastoral Care of the Delaware County Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Hewitt is well known in the Delaware Valley and has been active in the Boy Scouts of
America, Rotary International, Community YMCA, and the 7th Congressional District
Air Force Academy Committee, to name a few. He was elected to the Board in 2008.

Pat Nogar, Pat Nogar is Director of Community Services at Lankenau Hospital, in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, acting as liaison to the community and creating community-based partnerships. Department programs include the Health Education Center, community health screenings, smoking cessation programs, a Congregational Nurse Program and Senior Care program dedicated to independent living.
Pat has more than 25 years experience as a communications professional, including the management of public and community relations in a regional transit authority; administration of a public regional planning agency; principal in a public relations firm; vice-president for community development and marketing of a health system; and communications project manager for an environmental engineering firm.
As a community leader she was chosen to be President of the Wynnewood Business Association in 2006, and Leadership Main Line, Class of 2006. She was commissioned, Honorable Order of the Kentucky Colonels for Community Service in 1993.
Pat attended Maryville College of the Sacred Heart in St. Louis, Missouri. She was chosen to participate in the national fellowship program of the Coro Foundation, a full-time, year-long graduate level program in public affairs. In 2006 she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, in Wayne, Pennsylvania. |

Francis A. Butler, Jr., “Fritz” is the president and founder of Castle Inspection, Inc. Satisfied clients include, but are not limited to exclusive agents to Lloyd’s of London, Associated Underwriters of America, Inc., and several national residential relocation networks. He also founded LIG, LLC. in 2007. As president of LIG, LLC, an investment company, he has succeeded in obtaining a free standing retail operation and establishing an E-commerce based business.
His professional expertise is highly regarded in Project management, Strategic Planning, Budget Preparation and Business Development.
He is a certified member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), HUD approved housing inspector and EPA, PADEP certified primary radon test person.

Robin L. Killian, Robin is a graduate of the University of West Chester. She is pursing a Masters in Clinical Psychology at Villanova University. She is also continuing her education in Information Mapping, advanced instructional design, presentation skills, diversity, and PC applications/software.
Her present position is with SmithKline Beecham Clinical Labs/Quest Diagnostics, in Montgomery County Pennsylvania. She is an IT Project Manager, Enterprise Sales and Performance Management, Client Server Applications. Her responsibilities are managing all projects and resources related to system enhancements and upgrades for Cap Tracks application (a cash and accounting system) and Eligibility application ( a data warehouse for 3rd party insurance demographic information).

Patricia M. Fleming, Esquire, In addition to having her own law practice in Upper Darby since 1986; consulting on trials; real estate transactions; will preparation; and general legal matters; Patricia is the Director of Education at the Lansdowne School of Business. She has also held the position of Director of Education at the PJA School, Lead Computer Instructor/Director of Computer Studies from 1999 to 2003 and Paralegal Instructor and presently is also on the Advisory Committee.
Patricia has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1982 and has been in the Employment Law Section since 2005. She received her Bachelor of Arts, in Government and Politics in 1979 at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She received her law degree in 1982 at Villanova University. Her other educational achievements are Pennsylvania Association of Private School Administrators Management Institute. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Patricia’s civic and community involvements are many; the Upper Darby School District Band and Orchestra Associations, The Girl Scouts of American, March of Dimes, RIF (Reading is Fundamental) Coordinator – Bywood Elementary School and Alumni Representative for Villanova University School of Law.
